ONBOARDING

Step 1- Nominate your wellbeing champion

Once we’ve agreed your programme and the number of users who will join it, it’s time to appoint your Well@Work Administrator! 

Once appointed, he or she will have full access to the company dashboard with the welcome documents including step-by-step guides. The Administrator will not have access to any confidential health details of individual employees.

Step 2 – Invite your team onboard

We’ll send your Well@Work Administrator the ‘Welcome to Tonic’ and ‘Getting Started’ documents.

 

These step-by-step guides will show your employees how to download the app and set up their user profiles.

They will also be asked to tick a data privacy box in the app too.

The role of your Well@Work administrator

He or she will have access to anonymised aggregated analytics. Their role will be to:

  • Keep your employees’ data up to date.
  • Download and distribute monthly wellbeing posters
  • Liaise with your Tonic Practitioner to create your calendar

Step 3 – We’ll then do the rest!

Once your employees have set up their user profiles we will set up an account for them. All we ask from the Well@Work Administrator is that they keep us updated with new starters and leavers.

Your Well@Work Administrator will also receive:

  • A calendar of wellbeing events
  • Monthly posters linked to the wellbeing theme
  • Boosts and social posts to share
  • Quarterly engagement stats
  • Your annual organisational profile
  • Reminders of events
  • Links to national awareness days

You always have access to tech and Tonic support along the way.

Step 4 – It all starts with your employees’ first health check

We say this because if you can’t measure something, you can’t manage it!

Things you measure tend to improve. These sessions are all about taking a measure. Plus, of course, early detection, awareness, prevention and intervention.

Do you know your numbers?   This confidential 1-2-1 session offers your employees a real insight into their health and wellbeing, now and in the future.

Your Tonic Practitioner will get in touch with your nominated Well@Work Administrator to arrange your dates.

Before your first health check day, please confirm the following:

(a minimum 48 hours prior)
  • Contact with name, mobile phone and email
  • Site address
  • Meet & greet agreed
  • A private room
  • Access to Wi-Fi
  • Car parking
  • A Site Risk Assessment and/or to be made aware of any relevant H&S requirements
  • Event registers signed off
  • Refreshments to be arranged
