Your guide to being a well@work champion…
What is a well@work Champion?
in brief
Welcome to your new role as a well@work Champion.
As a well@work Champion you will be at the heart of the wellbeing programme. By keeping records up to date and keeping everyone informed about events and activities, all the people in your organisation will be able to take part.
You will not have access to any confidential data, that will only be available to the well@work Manager.
While we will do the heavy lifting, we appreciate your contribution towards a fitter, healthier and happier workplace. Take your pick from extra reward day sessions and treats like wellbeing gift boxes!
The role of the well@work champion…
- Keep your employees’ data up to date.
- Download and distribute monthly wellbeing posters and boosts.
- Liaise with your Tonic Practitioner to create your calendar.
The Tonic and Me app and dashboard
Your colleagues have all had an invitation to join the well@work programme and to create their unique profile allowing them access to the Tonic and Me app as well as their own dashboard on this website.
Let’s get started
We recommend you get your organisation off to a flying start with a health check and lifestyle assessment session for all employees.
creating your wellbeing calendar
- Working with your well@work manager and your Tonic Wellbeing account manager we will agree your annual calendar of events.
- 1-2-1 sessions will take between 20 and 40 minutes per member of staff and group workshops vary from 60 mins to half a day.
