My brain is wired differently, which means I’ve had to adapt and find unique ways of working to achieve my goals and live my life. This personal voyage of self-discovery of my Neuroweird traits and how they shape my world sparked my passion for coaching others.

My unique approach focuses on unlocking individual identities/behaviours, etc., and raising awareness of ourselves (the good, the bad, and the weird) to enhance role effectiveness, foster clear and empathetic communication, and boost confidence and self-belief in how amazing we are.

I cultivate an environment of self-reflection, acceptance, non-judgement, and safety where my clients can comfortably express themselves and embrace the fullness of who they are and whom they want to become.

I compassionately guide individuals to understand their innate strengths, blind spots, passions, and potential. When working with others, I maintain an empathetic professional relationship based on a combination of challenge, creativity, observations, and accountability.

I am committed to helping others unlock their potential and harness these strengths for personal and professional success, so people thrive, not just survive.

It is all about embracing the difference to unlock the potential.

Interests

  • Reading (fiction and non-fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, and comics). There is nothing like stepping out of the real world and immersing myself in a good story.
  • Walking helps me recharge and re-centre, especially if my batteries are drained or I am feeling overwhelmed. I have started doing walking coaching as it is a powerful way to release and get clarity.
  • Ju-jitsu helps me with my emotional release and is a fun way to exercise.
  • Trying to learn the guitar (consistently inconsistent with practicing)
  • And many others I have started and then lost interest in.

Professional Skills

  • ILM 7 qualified coach and mentor
  • SME business growth and success
  • Neurodivergent coaching (helping you embrace your differences)
  • Identity coaching (helping you understand who you really are)
  • Cognitive coaching (understand how we think and how it affects behaviour)
  • Emotion Intelligence (emotional awareness and management)
  • Interpersonal skills (especially how to interact in a neurotypical world)
  • Confidence and self-belief to remove barriers to your success
  • Speaking and presenting skills to overcome nerves and get results.
  • Delivering training and leading team development
  • Professional/personal development

Personal Skills

  • Creative super-fast brain helping you get clarity
  • Listening skills – we all want to be heard, but how few people listen?
  • Ability to work/think/speak at other people’s pace (fast or slow)
  • Infinite curiosity leading to a wide range of knowledge (it is amazing what random stuff has come out to help my clients)
  • Highly empathetic and high sense of justice
  • Professional, but in a fun way
  • Storyteller – I find it a great way to communicate teachings
  • Can be direct when given permission, so we get to the heart of an issue quicker
  • Honesty with compassion and love
  • Emotional awareness and the power of letting go and moving on.
  • Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) coaching
  • Reformed People Pleaser
  • Brain disrupter (stopping those destructive cognitive/emotional meltdowns and giving clarity of reality)
