These flagship sessions, relevant to each and every one of us, can be delivered as standalone events or as part of a complete resilience program in a calendar format, supporting National Awareness Days and/or linked to any existing company events.
We cover current topics like mindfulness, seasonality, sleep monitoring, positive mental attitude, recovery and HRV.
These are designed to empower individuals. Each workshop offers simple strategies and changes in behaviour & thinking. They can dramatically increase resilience & promote positive mental & physical wellbeing.
Currently these are delivered by our team of health, wellbeing and fitness professionals. They are soon to be added in a digital webinar format to the Tonic & Me app.
