Nutritional Assessments

When we look at health on a continuum, nutritional therapy can interrupt a slide towards illness and disease, and help you transition your body back to optimal health. It works well with stress, hormonal imbalances, lack of energy and autoimmune conditions by helping you rebalance the nutritional balance of your body. Many tests are available that help us understand what your body is lacking or missing. Better health is created through dietary changes and nutritional supplements. Nourishing the mind and body with nutrients can significantly change the way we think and feel, and be a huge benefit for anybody struggling with mental health.
Tonic will collate all of your health data & metrics.
You complete our nutrition questionnaire & lifestyle screening.

Your 1-2-1 call with your Therapist (up to 60 mins)

This will be an insightful session bringing together all aspects of your health and wellbeing, with a clear outcome. This is all about your habits, choices, health concerns etc. It will cover any underlying causes and drivers and you will jointly agree the best course of action and a time line for your follow-up. It will cover a specific food plan, food supplemental additions and lifestyle protocol, including general fitness advice and relaxation techniques, if required. These will ultimately help your body to achieve balance [homeostasis] of energy output, recovery and relaxation that is best suited to your individual needs. If you have completed the Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment we will be able to draw from this data too.

Your 1-2-1 follow up call with your Therapist (up to 30 mins).

Any further follow-ups, referrals to GP and Consultant (if appropriate).

Follow ups (up to 30 mins)
