Step 1

We will complete an audit to cover stress and wellbeing – taking a measure of where you are now to enable us to bench mark our successes.

Step 2

Jointly we need to set some goals, an organisation wide plan which requires full board buy-in.

Step 3

We will select products & services from the Tonic Toolbox in order to create your bespoke wellbeing solution selecting only the interventions that help meet your needs and achieve your organisational wellbeing goals.

Step 4

Its time for the action – WHO, WHAT, WHERE and WHEN! Appointing champions supports success!

Step 5

This is ongoing. We will continually evaluate our activities and appraise the success of your programme. Value On Investment (VOI) matters. We will act on our findings.

If we are doing this right employee morale and job satisfaction are elevated and the overall mood and culture of the organisation improves.
