Our cacao protein bites are packed with scrummy ingredients and nutrients – these no cook, super tasty bites are nutrient dense – you will love them!
Organic Cacao powder – it contains more potassium than bananas, more fibre than oats, more iron than spinach plus boasts lots of magnesium to help to maintain energy levels. Then you’ve got your goji berries – packed with vitamin C and iron; dates – dried and sweet full of fibre and potassium; coconut – packed with vitamins and minerals; pistachios and almonds – full of protein and anti-oxidants – and all of them remain in their raw state so no cooking in this super quick and easy recipe either!
Soften your dates in water for 15 minutes first, then simply blend together all of the ingredients. Shape with your hands or a spoon, into small balls and leave in the fridge to chill.
