Health checks in the workplace have to be part of the new normal if supporting and optimising employee mental and physical health is on your agenda. The most successful companies know that employee wellbeing is not a “nice to have.” It is a foundational layer of high-performing workforces everywhere. Measurement

The Tonic Health Check-ups are so great, they do everything from checking your weight, measurements, fat levels and hydration levels, along with measuring your Cholesterol and Glucose levels and checking for Diabetes. They are a great way to monitor your health and it’s great to see your results change over the coming months. They give you that extra motivation to keep going, and on top of that, Becca, Nick, and the team are so lovely and helpful and are great for getting you on track to where you want to be.

Once our practitioner has taken measurements, we provide each employee with an immediate assessment of their health and wellbeing, including risk factors. But it doesn’t just end there, we ensure that we monitor and help to track these statistics to help everyone achieve their goals and ultimately optimum health, fitness, and wellbeing. We also offer support and follow-ups in the form of lifestyle & behaviour change programmes, ensuring continuity of care. All this is delivered by your dedicated Tonic practitioner with support and tracking in the Tonic and Me app.
